Every month we hold a Town Hall meeting for all employees, where we share important business statistics & updates, but last week was a little different.
Our annual Summer Town Hall was a vibrant gathering that showcased the collective achievements of the year to date and set an exciting trajectory for the year ahead.
Representatives from each business sector, alongside the Employee Council and Board of Trustees, reflected on milestones reached and future aspirations.
In a particularly exciting segment, the Board of Directors unveiled a new company-wide objective, designed to galvanise every team member towards a common purpose, fostering unity and collective effort across the entire organisation.
This strategic goal promises to steer Team Flint TS towards shared success and invigorate our journey into the future.
We then immersed ourselves in a Team Building exercise of painting by numbers, which featured a custom made design of our company values.

Following the formal proceedings, the atmosphere shifted to one of celebration and camaraderie.
The team indulged in a delightful array of food and beverages, seizing the opportunity to strengthen bonds with colleagues.
