We recently had a photo taken in front of our company values wall (shout out to the Marketing team for the great shot), and it got us thinking about just how much those six simple words truly shape our experience here every day.
As part of a growing Employee-Owned business, we don’t just talk about values – we live them.
That ownership mindset brings a real sense of pride and responsibility, and it’s clear in the way we support one another, celebrate wins (big and small!), and work together to grow the business we all believe in.

One of our recent volunteering days was spent gardening at a local non-profit café that saves food from landfill and educates the community on how to eat sustainably and affordably.
It was muddy, meaningful, and totally in line with our values. We are due another visit in May!
Team Building with Heart (and a Bit of Friendly Competition)
From our epic Sports Day (yes, there were medals) to our ongoing calendar of socials – including an Easter Egg Hunt organised by our brand-new Social Committee – there’s always something fun on the horizon.
These moments help strengthen the connections that make collaboration and support feel so effortless.
Monthly Town Halls = Great Food, Real Talk & Celebrations
Every month, we come together for a Town Hall – where updates are shared, voices are heard, and no one goes hungry (lunch is always on the house).
It’s also where we celebrate work anniversaries, birthdays, and personal milestones. Because people matter here – and their stories are worth spotlighting.
Nights Out & Big Celebrations
Of course, it wouldn’t be Flint TS without a few good parties.
Our Summer Gatherings and Christmas dos are always highlights of the year – filled with laughter, connection, and a few dancefloor moments that probably shouldn’t make it to social media (but might anyway).
At Flint TS, we’re building more than just a successful business – we’re building a community where people feel empowered, supported, and genuinely happy to show up every day.
